Settle Into Stillness

Celebrating 15 years of leading Sound Journeys worldwide

Settle Into Stillness is a sanctuary of sound and human connection, where music becomes a meeting place for presence, reflection, and transformation. Settle Into Stillness was founded by Jeremy Arndt and Nancy Grzeszak, whose paths converged in 2011, igniting a shared passion for yoga and music that would ultimately blossom into a transformative journey around the world…

From the ancient lands of western North America,
to musical heart of West Africa,
the Saharan sands of Morocco,
the mystical center of Australia,
the lush jungles of Bali,
the spiritual heart of India,
the deep blue waters of the Aegean,
the shimmering shores of Lake Atitlan,
the mysterious pyramids of Egypt
the ancient lands of the Druids and Celts,
the emerald rainforests of the Amazon,
and more.

Their sound is inspired by a relentless pursuit of something greater than themselves, a journey built upon connecting with humans around the globe, on 6 continents, through the universal language of music. In their Sound Journeys, Settle Into Stillness weaves together the sounds of handpan, didgeridoo, gong, flute, synthesizers, singing bowls, and more to create spacious soundscapes for reflection and connection.

Along the way, they have learned from master musicians, teachers, and cultures who have generously shared their artistry and wisdom. These relationships continue to shape every Sound Journey they offer.

Today, Settle Into Stillness is known for creating one of the most refined, immersive, and transformative Sound Journey experiences in the world. Their work is the result of slow, organic growth: thousands of hours of practice, listening, deep study, performance, travel, and a devotion to honing their craft.

A Sound Journey with Settle Into Stillness is not simply a sound bath.

It is a guided inward experience, carried by emotion, nuance, intention, and artistry. Participants are gently led into the journey and gently guided out, creating a complete arc with a beginning, middle, and end, that mirrors the rhythm of a story, ceremony, or a journey.

Their work has has been streamed by millions, and has touched thousands of people across the world through their events and retreats, offering a space of rest, clarity, and inner connection. What emerges is not “sound healing,” but a space where each listener can cultivate their own inner awareness and their own inner guide.

Settle Into Stillness stands apart from the ever-growing landscape of mindfulness-based musical offerings because it is built on devotion and years of passionate persistence.

What began as a love story has evolved into a movement that continues to grow, evolve, and invite others inward.

This is the Sound Journey you’ve been searching for.

This is Settle Into Stillness.

It is her deepest desire to create more love in this world by revealing the gift of stillness, and creating a soothing and nurturing space which facilitates healing for all.
